Understanding the current landscape for boys and young men with Amy Forbes-Robertson and Ben Hurst - Wednesday 18th December, 6:30pm GMT
It Happens Education and Beyond Equality are organisations working on the ground in schools, listening to young people trying to navigate the ‘equality’ terrain in the context of healthy relationships, balanced power dynamics and complex consent. They recognise that these discussions and young people’s experiences are varied, with gender often an important influence, and with boys often needing help to relate to these discussions. This session will include top tips and insightful thoughts on supporting our boys to be brilliant, in the current complicated climate they find themselves in.
